BLAST-FROM-THE-PAST GAS & OIL ELEVATION:  The antique gas station adds a 'Wow' factor to the building. The pumps are Sinclair Dino which are a nice green. The windows would be a storefront design;
however, with an older look. I left off the accessories, as they would not show up too well with the picture being small. I picture an air hose, fire extinguisher, an assorted antiques. 
In lieu of Sullivan, you could put in either your name, an old DINO or Sinclair sign out there. Park a '40 Buick convertible out front for a really great look. 
Note:  The covered area is 36' across which allows a place to tell those tales under the shade.

and, hence, not included in the $23.40 SF. For instance, the antique pumps, lighting, commercial wall of glass. Other items, as the garage doors are included.

BLAST-FROM-THE-PAST GAS & OIL ELEVATION:  The garage is huge: 70'x170' with 11,900 SF under roof, not counting the office and drive-thru roof to the inside of the pumps. Total under roof is approx. 13,700 SF.
This building can be customized as to size, number of doors, etc. See next.
GARAGE ONLY ELEVATION:  The gas station has been left off this modification. 
GARAGE ONLY ELEVATION CLOSE-UP:  The light tan area directly beneath the roof line is a translucent panel installed all sides which floods the interior with sunlight.

 Several elements were borrowed from this station:  the central posts with gas pumps on the outside and the window storefront design.
LEFT SIDE ELEVATION:  The 12X14 garage door is centered. Note the 3' on either side of the man door. This could drop this down to 2' on each side, which will allow 4' on the side of the two 
outside garage doors. The red trim is a knockout. The 5/12 pitch also adds a great look to the building. The 42"x62" cupola appears to be in nice perspective. The door comes with its own trim; 
which could be painted so that the trim matches the rest. An outside street light sums up the left side. 
LEFT SIDE ELEVATION:  There are three 10x10 doors on this end, with 3' between each. This gives 31' of space for up-front parking. These doors can be taller. 
REAR SIDE ELEVATION:  The roof has a 5/12 pitch. The steel is ran vertically for optimal water runoff. The 4' door is centered on the west wall. 
OFFICE/STORE ELEVATION A:  The front of the building features a commercial window front. Allows ample room for a couple of antique ice cream tables and chairs. The 'Gent's' restroom features a real
conversation piece, an electronic waterfall for a urinal. This could be built out of metal with a finish and/or stone. When approaching the urinal, the waterfall begins. It quits
when the smiling user walks away.

A standard urinal is in the 'Gent's' bath. Note that there are 3 windows in this layout. The front view shows windows all the way across. We could add a round

DELIVERY DATE:

Allow 3-5 weeks for the engineered plans to arrive for your review. Any changes necessary will be made at this time.
Once the signed plans have been received our plant, the steel should arrive in about 6-8 weeks. The time element is dependent upon the number of orders preceding yours.
