Mighty Steel RV Port and Garage Plans

MONARCH FRONT ELEVATION GRANDBEAM: In this plan, the RV Port consists of two garages open to one another on the interior. See next drawing for a variation. There is an 8' portico serving as a formal entrance to the RV Port -- a great place for comfortable chairs and conversation on a cool evening. Although not shown in this elevation, a side door opens directly into the entrance to the coach.
MONARCH FRONT ELEVATION STUCCO: The stucco siding has a real stucco texture and lends a wealth of beauty and richness to the RV Port. The additional cost for steel stucco siding is $6.00 SF of siding. If one did not want a car garage, the latter space could be turned into a living area. See next.
MONARCH FRONT ELEVATION STUCCO: The garage area has been changed to a living or office area.

Monarch RV Port and Automobile Garage/Workshop.
Not your standard garage. Add a few design elements to a steel building and go beyond the expected. This is a rigid building system with 8" I-beams. Each of these designs may be flipped and/or customized.

Monarch RV Port Rear Elevation. Perhaps the most beautiful roof line in the RV Port series.

Impressions RV Port with Garage/Workshop.
A straight-forward building with economy in price. The model affords the same amount of room as the Monarch; however, because of the roofline, it is less expensive to build.
Impressions RV Port and Automobile Garage/Workshop.
This model is based on the Monarch; however, it can be built with 2x3 galvanized tubing.

Impressions RV Port and Automobile Garage/Workshop 3-D.
The various rooms are actually set back from one another. See next plan.

Impressions RV Port and Automobile Garage/Workshop Overhead View A.
See next drawing for an alternative plan.

Impressions RV Port and Automobile Garage/Workshop Overhead View B.
Plan is the same as above; however, it has a larger office, workshop/garage, and includes a bath.

Saratoga RV Port Home
An RV garage, workshop/garage, and home rolled into one neat package. The above 2 models may also be transformed into a Port home. All models may be flipped.

This plan can be customized, enlarged, etc.

WEEPING WILLOW RV PORT:  The gambrel look is most handsome. Due to the way the roof comes down over the side, the wall height is restricted to a minimum of 9'. Otherwise, the roof would be at the top of the door and windows (see next). Notice that there is fascia trim between the roof elements; this serves to give a roof break instead of simply having the roof steel overlap one another. The standard 6" overhang/fascia overhang has been upgraded 9".

This look is very appealing and affords a home-quality look. Note that a gambrel roof looks undressed without a cupola. The weathervane keeps you decorated for Veteran's Day, Labor Day, and the 4th of July.

WEEPING WILLOW RV PORT:  Wow! No one would know that this is an RV Port garage from the side. Relatively inexpensive shutters cut down on the long lengths between elements.

SHERWOOD RV PORT  OR GARAGE/OFFICE COMBINATION: RIGID Steel Building System utilizing I-Beams. Shown with stucco steal siding. SHERWOOD RV Port
with Grandbeam steel lap siding, faux rock accents, 8' wrap-around porch, vinyl snap-on columns around steel posts. Add roof jewelry:  cupola and weathervane, for a great look.

CONCRETE ELEVATION

SHERWOOD RV Port rear elevation showing double 9x8 doors. There is sufficient room for the doors to go straight up the wall and, hence, not interfere with a possible lift. This plan may be customized; for instance, adding living quarters to the rear of the building.

SHERWOOD RV Port 32x50 RV Port designed for a 5th wheel. Features a wrap-around 8' porch with an 8' portico in front of the 9x8 garage door. The portico allows the car garage door to be open to the outside world without rain blowing in. See next plan for interior layout. This plan can be customized; for example, a kitchen and living room may be added, and it can be made longer to receive an RV.

SHERWOOD RV Port 32x50 RV Port wrap-around porch view. This great plan can be customized.

SHERWOOD RV Port The RV Port is designed for the owner to utilize the 5th wheel for cooking and dining. The bedroom is especially nice when entertaining overnight guests and family members. The 5th wheel is backed in so that the bump outs have access to sunlight by 4'x4' windows. The windows will be custom spaced to match your RV. The L-shaped garage area is open, which prevents a closed-in feeling. The interior walls should be built from wood. Our crew can stud these out for you, if desired. However, you may want to hire a local concern to finish the space. The patio with a grill and seating might be nice. The storage area could be made into another room -- perhaps a weight room, etc. A louvered exhaust fan keeps fresh air circulating within the garage areas.

SHERWOOD RV Port This is the same model as above; however, the color renderings reflect a stick-built RV Port. The siding may either be Hardiplank, vinyl or brick. This great building can be customized to match your home.

LEFT: Sherwood with two-color wainscot.
RIGHT: Evergreen roof with cupola and weathervane.

The Sonata 34'x53' RV Port:  A classic ranch style design which allows a low profile from the front, yet it houses a tall RV just inside. Kit only delivered priced at around $24.00 SF. Includes RIGID rock and porch on front and rear. Windows and doors not included in SF price. Note: This building was priced for a high altitude with a 50# snow load. If your site is located at a normal altitude, the SF price will be less.

The Sonata 34'x53' RV Port:  This plan is based on the Sherwood model; however, the building has been flipped so that the RV area is on the right. Note that the 8x7 garage door could be enlarged if so desired.

The Sonata RV Port:  The plan follows that of the Sherwood; however a laundry room has been added. The 12x20 garage area could be developed into additional living space; for example, a separate kitchen/dining area.

STREET ELEVATION:  The car garage, with entrance from the rear, is disguised by French doors and 2 larger windows. The siding is FABRAL's Grandbeam lap siding. The siding is accented by 3' of stone around the front of the building. The RV garage door is 14' x 14'. The walls are 16' in height; the extra 2' of headroom is utilized to house the door cylinder. The walls of the 28x34 garage is 12'; this allows the latter building to attach to the taller RV side under the roof line. The cupola is a roof ornament. Add landscaping and you will have a very attractive site.

This particular model was priced for New Port Ritchie, which is in a hurricane zone FBCO9. Due to the 130 MPH wind load and application of RIGID rock, the price is higher than normal; the beefed-up building runs around $37.81 SF fully insulated. Includes delivery and installation on your concrete slab. Some options, as the windows and doors are not included in the SF price.

REAR ELEVATION:  Please feel free to move things around. The door on the left is 12' in width and 8' in height; the right, is a 16 x 10.

OVERHEAD ELEVATION:  The interior is clearstory with only 1 post (2 at best) where the 2 garages come together in the "L."  Notice the 36" walk door on the right side of the RV garage. This door can be moved anywhere you desire it to be.

Basic Silhouette 28'x45' RV Port and Garage/Office. Delivered and installed price is about $23.23 SF. Includes garage doors.

Silhouette 28'x45' RV Port and Garage/Office. This would be a most attractive addition to most any home site which requires a home-quality looking RV Port.

Silhouette 28'x45' RV Port and Garage/Office. The plan may be customized; for example, adding a full bath and bedroom to the rear of the building. This interior layout is the same as the Biscayne immediately following.

Biscayne 28'x45' RV Port and Garage/Office. Rising up like a majestic mountain peak, the Biscayne is at home either along the coast or in the arid desert areas of Nevada. The siding is a handsome upgraded steel stucco -- costs an additional $6.00 SF of siding area. The interior layout is exactly like the Silhouette above.

Biscayne
28'x45' RV Port and Garage/Office. The rows windows flood the interior with sunlight. This building may be customized. The Biscayne would make a great RV Port with additional living space.

CLAREMONT Garage with Storage and a Wrap-Around Porch/CARPORT. The porch clears 8' to align with the height of 7' high garage doors. The building is 29' wide in total, to include the 5' porch on the front. Note: Bradley neither builds nor installs dormers.

FRONT ELEVATION OF ABOVE PLAN: Although the two dimensional drawing looks flat, the building will have a great three dimensional look when completed. The 5' porch across the front creates a very nice portico for the garage doors and a covered area for walking between the 10' porch and garage area. Note: Bradley neither builds nor installs dormers.
TANGO RV AND STANDARD GARAGE COMBINATION:  Features a 20x30 standard garage combined with a 16'x45' RV garage.  The roof pitch on the standard garage has been increased to 8/12 in order to receive the two dormers. The roof is adjusted on site to match up with the roof of the RV garage. A cupola located towards the front of the RV garage adds roof jewelry to that structure.

Pricing for a 16x50 Tango RV garage and a 24x30 attached garage runs about $35,600.00 delivered and installed on your concrete slab. Includes: Grandbeam lap siding, full insulation, 8/12 roof pitch on the attached garage, 2 windows, two 48" walk doors, much more. The roof jewelry, cupola and weathervane, is optional.

Note: Bradley neither builds nor installs dormers.

Note: Bradley neither builds nor installs dormers.

FREEMONT FRONT ELEVATION: In this view, the 20x30 garage roof is turned around in the manner of the Tango; however, a cupola and weathervane -- roof jewelry -- have been added instead of the dormers. The roof has a standard pitch. Note: Although the plans show a dormer, Bradley neither builds nor installs dormers on steel buildings.
