Mighty Steel RV Port and
Garage Plans
|
MONARCH
FRONT ELEVATION GRANDBEAM: In this plan, the RV Port consists of two garages
open to one another on the interior. See next drawing for a variation. There is an
8' portico serving as a formal entrance to the RV Port -- a great place for comfortable
chairs and conversation on a cool evening. Although not shown in this
elevation, a side door opens directly into the entrance to the coach.
|
|
MONARCH
FRONT ELEVATION STUCCO: The stucco siding has a real stucco texture and
lends a wealth of beauty and richness to the RV Port. The additional
cost for steel stucco siding is $6.00 SF of siding. If one did not want a car garage, the latter space could
be turned into a living area. See next.

FRONT ELEVATION STUCCO: The garage area has been changed to a living or
office area.

Monarch
RV Port and Automobile Garage/Workshop.Not your standard garage. Add a few design elements to a steel building and go beyond the expected. This is a rigid building system with 8" I-beams. Each of these designs may be flipped and/or customized.

![]() Impressions RV Port with Garage/Workshop. A straight-forward building with economy in price. The model affords the same amount of room as the Monarch; however, because of the roofline, it is less expensive to build. |

WEEPING
WILLOW RV PORT:
The gambrel look is most handsome. Due to the way the roof comes down
over the side, the wall height is restricted to a minimum of 9'.
Otherwise, the roof would be at the top of the door and windows (see
next). Notice that there is fascia trim between the roof elements; this
serves to give a roof break instead of simply having the roof steel
overlap one another. The standard 6"
overhang/fascia overhang has been upgraded 9".
This look is very appealing and affords a
home-quality look. Note that a gambrel roof looks
undressed without a cupola. The weathervane keeps you decorated for Veteran's
Day, Labor Day, and the 4th of July.

| SHERWOOD
RV PORT OR GARAGE/OFFICE COMBINATION:
RIGID Steel Building System utilizing I-Beams. Shown with stucco steal
siding. Features RV garage, office, and 2 car garage with a wrap-around 8 wide porch (pictured above).
Building may be purchased as a kit or installed. Shipped and installed
anywhere in the continental United States.
SHERWOOD RV Port This is the same model as above; however, the color renderings reflect a stick-built RV Port. The siding may either be Hardiplank, vinyl or brick. This great building can be customized to match your home.
This particular model was priced for New Port Ritchie, which is in a hurricane zone FBCO9. Due to the 130 MPH wind load and application of RIGID rock, the price is higher than normal; the beefed-up building runs around $37.81 SF fully insulated. Includes delivery and installation on your concrete slab. Some options, as the windows and doors are not included in the SF price.
Basic Silhouette 28'x45' RV Port and Garage/Office. Delivered and installed price is about $23.23 SF. Includes garage doors.

| CLAREMONT Garage with Storage and a Wrap-Around Porch/CARPORT. The porch clears 8' to align with the height of 7' high garage doors. The building is 29' wide in total, to include the 5' porch on the front. Note: Bradley neither builds nor installs dormers. |
|
|
| FRONT ELEVATION OF ABOVE PLAN:
Although the two dimensional drawing looks flat, the building will have
a great three dimensional look when completed. The 5' porch across the
front creates a very nice portico for the garage doors and a covered
area for walking between the 10' porch and garage area. Note: Bradley
neither builds nor installs dormers.

| TANGO
RV AND STANDARD GARAGE COMBINATION:
Features a 20x30 standard garage combined with a 16'x45' RV
garage. The roof pitch on the standard garage has been increased to
8/12 in order to receive the two dormers. The roof is adjusted
on site to match up with the roof of the RV garage. A cupola located
towards the front of the RV garage adds roof jewelry to that
structure.
Pricing for a 16x50 Tango RV garage and a 24x30 attached garage runs about $35,600.00 delivered and installed on your concrete slab. Includes: Grandbeam lap siding, full insulation, 8/12 roof pitch on the attached garage, 2 windows, two 48" walk doors, much more. The roof jewelry, cupola and weathervane, is optional. Note: Bradley neither builds nor installs dormers. |

look of the building. The garage door on the left is a 16x7; the one on
the right is 12'x14'.
Note: Bradley neither builds nor installs dormers. |

The roof has a standard pitch. Note: Although the plans show a dormer, Bradley neither builds nor installs dormers on steel buildings. |
