This dramatic elevation is for that person who is tired of crawling
beneath a vehicle. The doors are placed in accordance with respect
to the placement of a lift. Please feel free to change things around;
for instance, flip the design, or move the walk door to the side. Please
note that the gable end arrangement of doors works best. If the 12' door
were to be placed on the side of the building, the walls would have to
be 14' in height in order to allow room for the roll-up cylinder
(18").
The cost of the 30x30x19' high garage shown is $19,010.00 before the Hat's Off 5% discount. Includes 9x12 and 9x7 roll-up, cylinder type doors, 36" walk door, steep 8/12 pitch, 9" overhang, 2 each 22"x22" octagon gable vents, full ridge vent, Grandbeam lap siding, and walls and ceiling insulated (R-10 Value). Items not included are: concrete work, lift, coach lamps, electrical, electrical fixtures, andgarage door openers. This is a shell only. |

| CUT-AWAY ELEVATION: The type of lift is merely a suggestion; the lift is not included. Note that the walk door will swing in and to the left against the front wall. This will take up 36". Past this, there is 7' of room between the side of the door and the wall for tools, supplies, etc. The yellow rectangles reflect the possible placement of florescent lighting. Electrical fixtures are not included; hence, please feel free to move things around. |

MIGHTY STEEL 24x36 garage. Is the siding vinyl or Hardiplank? It's neither; it's FABRAL's 26-gauge Grandbeam steel lap siding. Grandbeam is protected by a 25-year warranty on the paint against fading and chalking. The roof is ribbed steel installed in a vertical pattern for better water runoff and good looks. The standard 4/12 roof has been increased to a steep 8/12 pitch and windows and shutters have been added. The enclosed soffit/overhang on the sides comes with every building. There is a FREE soffit/overhang on the ends. Note: Grandbeam lap siding is an upgrade. |
